Promoting agile mindset - what really lies behind it
Agile working means designing work processes flexibly, iteratively and creatively - in accordance with the principles of the agile manifesto. The goal is always customer satisfaction, which is optimized by regularly obtaining feedback during service provision. Numerous agile methods are available to implement these values. For example, the Kanban method with tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana, Quire etc. helps to visualize a team's task inventory, set priorities flexibly and make progress step by step. Design thinking, another frequently used concept, structures the phases of the idea generation and development process before prototypes are created and tested and adapted with customers. Retrospectives, on the other hand, make it possible to continuously improve collaboration in teams or at interfaces.
At ONGO, the focus is on the application of agile working methods in the context of ergonomic and flexible working environments. Products such as ONGO's seating solutions are developed specifically for agile and dynamic workplaces in order to make flexibility and continuous feedback physically tangible. We support the principle of “fail early, fail fast” directly in everyday office life with adaptive, movement-promoting furniture that encourages an active posture at the workplace - making rapid adjustments through direct feedback in agile processes more tangible.
The application of methods is only one aspect of the agile mindset. Rather, it should be understood as a basic attitude that understands openness, cooperation and flexibility as core values. The agile principles are lived by people with this mindset in everyday life. They promote transparency, foster open and respectful communication and work on joint solutions across departments. The focus is on continuously striving for improvement, whether in product development or internal collaboration. ONGO supports this attitude with product solutions that promote agility and flexibility and strengthen collaboration - both within the team and across departmental boundaries.
